Living a Healthy Life (LHL) – six-week, self-management course for people with chronic conditions
Arthritis New Zealand holds a license from Stanford University in the USA, to run LHL courses. This course has a proven track record in over 12 countries. We have more than 10 years experience in delivering the LHL courses. The interactive course enables people to become effective self-managers of their chronic condition, and gain a better quality of life.
