Services:
Providing a safe place for people to come with life’s difficulties. 

Counselling services:
Work with children, youth, adults and families.

-      Depression
-      Anxiety
-      Sexual abuse recovery work
-      Anger and violence issues.
-      Trauma and grief.
-      Stress and burnout.
-      Family and parenting issues.
-      Couple counselling.
-      Workplace issues.
-      Counselling children and adolescents (at various schools & at the centre). 

Mental Health Services:
Increasingly the Centre is providing support for people (adults & children) who are struggling with acute long term Mental Health issues such as:
-      Anxiety disorders.
-      Phobias.
-      Eating disorders.
-      Depression.
-      Addictions.

Many clients are also under the care of the Mental Health Team who monitor & medicate, with LWCC providing the long term counselling & support.

We also have strong links to a Child Psychologist working in private practice.

COST: we ask only a donation for our services. the average donation is $12, but for some people funding is available that means counselling will be free to the client.
