A free independent national service funded by the Ministry of Health for NZ residents or citizens aged 16 years+ who are experiencing communication difficulties due to hearing impairment. Referrals can be made by Doctors, Audiologists, health professionals or by self referral.

- Teach ways of improving communication skills

- Offer information and advice to you and your family
- Teach speech reading and auditory training
- Offer information and practical advice to people with tinnitus
