Services:
To participate in PATHS, the person must:


- be in receipt of a Jobseeker Support on the grounds of a health condition or a disability or Supported Living Payment from Work and Income; and
- have a health barrier to employment driven by their health condition or disability; and
- be willing to undertake paid employment; and
- live in the DHB catchment of the Work and Income region offering PATHS.


The overall objective of the PATHS service is to identify and provide an appropriate intervention for clients on either the Jobseeker Support on the grounds of a health condition or a disability or Supported Living Payment. This includes access to health care with the objective of participants returning to employment.
